About Me.
Bringing hope and meaning into everyday people's lives is what drives me as a mental performance consultant. My framework aims to support client agency and self-understanding. I used to think that greatness was innate or that only a select few in this lifetime had special gifts. My foundational performance experiences include competitive basketball, live music performances both as an instrumentalist and vocalist, competing in beauty pageants, working as a camera operator in broadcast television, combat sports, and more recently, serving as a New York City firefighter.
To me, the pursuit of excellence is a holistic journey and invites individuals to look beyond winning and losing. My philosophy involves honoring the person behind the performance through meaning-making, self-discovery, and psychological flexibility.
